A full dining room refresh held to a two-week schedule with the kitchen open the entire time. We closed the dining room while the drive-thru kept serving, then moved to afterhours work to finish without losing operating days. New flooring and tile, updated lighting, fresh finishes, and a full furniture replacement, delivered clean and ready for the next rush.

A full food court remodel taken from an operating store through a finished, reopened build. We closed behind a branded barricade, ran demolition and build-out, and brought the location back fully on-brand. Opened on time, on budget, no delays.

Chick-fil-A — Drive-Thru Site Rework

Tearing up a drive-thru's lot, lanes, and canopies usually means closing the store. Not at this volume, where a dark lane isn't an inconvenience, it's revenue that doesn't come back. We ran a full site rework: relocated ADA parking, repaved the lot, poured new drive lanes, seal coated and restriped, and installed two new order and meal-delivery canopies wired for power, gas heaters, and menu boards. Phased and barriered start to finish, most of the heavy work overnight so the daytime rush never felt it. The restaurant never closed.

Chick-fil-A — Cockpit & Serving Area Reconfiguration

A drive-thru cockpit and serving area reconfiguration run inside an operating Chick-fil-A. We worked behind plastic containment barriers, holding health-department food-safety standards the entire time. With the front counter under construction, the location served on drive-thru and carryout only. Three days of full closure on an 11-day project, with the drive-thru back open on day 6 while we finished the interior. 13+ trades coordinated, on time and on budget. Most operators expect a week or more of full shutdown for this scope. We don't accept that math.

Chick-fil-A — Emergency Response

A car drove through the wall early on a Sunday morning. Structural damage, a dining room full of debris, and a store that couldn't open. The facilities manager sent one text. We mobilized our team within the hour, made the building safe, cleared the damage, and had the store open and serving again the next morning, under 24 hours from impact to back in business. Emergencies don't wait for Monday. Neither do we.
