Chick-fil-A — Drive-Thru Site Rework

Perrysburg, OH · Toledo Area

Project Overview

Tearing up a drive-thru's lot, lanes, and canopies usually means closing the store. Not at this volume, where a dark lane isn't an inconvenience, it's revenue that doesn't come back. We ran a full site rework: relocated ADA parking, repaved the lot, poured new drive lanes, seal coated and restriped, and installed two new order and meal-delivery canopies wired for power, gas heaters, and menu boards. Phased and barriered start to finish, most of the heavy work overnight so the daytime rush never felt it. The restaurant never closed.

Projects like this take a ton of coordination behind the scenes to keep restaurants open while work is happening. Appreciate partners that know how to communicate, move quickly, and work in active environments.
